3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We offer free and premium subscription plans. Fees for premium plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and will auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Our Intellectual Property

The Service (website, extension, and brand assets) and our code are our intellectual property, protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access systems without authorization, or reverse engineer our software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event will ChatGPT Workspace, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
