We built this product with privacy as the default. The Chrome extension processes data on your device and does not upload your chat content to our servers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us (for your account and billing), and minimal technical data for reliability.

• Information You Provide: This includes your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe/Lemon Squeezy and is never stored on our servers.
• Extension Data Handling: The extension parses your ChatGPT page locally for organization and export features. We do not collect, transmit, or store your chat content.

3. How We Use Information

Your personal information (email, account details) is used to provide and improve the Service, process your subscription, and communicate with you.

4. Our Takedown Procedure

We respect the privacy of the original authors of public posts. If you believe data derived from one of your public posts has been included in our database and you would like it removed, we have a simple, no-questions-asked takedown process.

To request removal, please email us at iworkhardtobuildfuture@gmail.com with the following:

• A direct link to your original public post.
• A brief statement confirming you are the original author.

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will permanently delete the corresponding data points from our database within 72 hours.

4. Data Security

We use trusted third-party vendors like Supabase and Vercel with industry‑standard security to protect your account information.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise these rights for your user account, please contact us at the email address above.
